About: Joe has been an active member of the Liberal Democrats since he joined the party after the local elections in 2018. He is currently in his second year studying Human Geography at Aberystwyth University, where he is currently President of the university's Lib Dem society. Aside from the Lib Dems, Joe has been a member of Transport for London's Youth Panel, where he helps represent young people in the organisation's decision-making process. You can often find Joe at watching live jazz or aboard a train on one of Wales’ many little steam railways.

Role in RhI Cymru: Support the rest of the Executive, and to fill in where there are no candidates for a post.
